Shipping & Return Policy
1. If you receive a defective item which you want to return, please contact us within 2 days from the day you receive the item.
2. All return items must be returned with its original packaging and accessories. If we confirm the damage happened during the shipment, we will bear the shipping cost for return.
3. We will refund the money to you within 7 business days upon we get the return items.

1. How long is the delivery time ?
Total delivery time is split into two parts: Processing and Shipping
2. Processing time
It takes normally 1-5 business days**. We will check your order, confirm your payment, verify your address and arrange your shipment during this period of time.
3. Shipping time
UPS: 3-5business days in normal.
Worldwide Shipment: 5-21 business days in normal.
**Reminder: Our warehouse do not process orders during weekend or any public holidays. Therefore, please allow another 1-2 business days to process your weekend orders.**
4. Do you ship to my country ?
Yes, we do. Actually, we ship to any countries all over the world (As long as your country is on the earth).
5. Do you provide tracking number ?
