Allen-Bradley 1734-IB8 POINT I/O 8-Channel 24V DC Digital Input Module, Sinking
Allen-Bradley 1734-IB8 is an eight-channel 24V DC sinking digital input module for the POINT I/O (1734) distributed I/O family.
Overview
The module provides eight sinking inputs in a single group, accepting 10-28.8V DC with a 24V DC nominal on-state voltage and 4 mA nominal input current (2-5 mA working range). Maximum off-state voltage is 5V DC with at least 1.5 mA off-state current, and inputs are isolated from the backplane at 50V continuous. The module draws up to 75 mA from the 5V DC POINTBus and dissipates 1.6 W at 28.8V DC (5.5 BTU/hr). It plugs onto a 1734-TB or 1734-TBS wiring base in an open-style DIN rail assembly, so field wiring can be landed on the base and the module replaced without disturbing it.
